Our HVAC (heating and air) system burned up (literally) last spring and we had no idea who to call (and we don't know anything about HVAC units!). Gary was referred by a friend and we were SO glad to have his help. He was prompt, very professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything to us clearly. He also offered us various options because he knew we were on a tight budget. We got estimates from two other places and I didn't like either one of them - I felt like "just another customer" of theirs, whereas Gary actually took the time to listen to what we needed. The installation went smoothly and we really feel like we have a quality system for a reasonable price. We'll be hiring Gary again to do some repairs around here, since we feel we can trust him to do excellent work. Highly recommended!
