Replacing the windshield was much more complicated than I realized, so I was very happy that they sent an experienced and capable repair person. Who was also a pleasure to deal with. The front office was very responsible and returned my calls promptly. Working with them was an excellent experience.

I had a great experience with Regional Auto Center. The technician called to let me know he was on his way & then called when he arrived. The total replacement process took less than an hour. It was great that they could come out to where I work so I didn't miss any time. Very pleased with their service.

Regional Auto sent someone out in a few days. He told us the windshield couldn't be repaired, it had to be replaced. They ordered the windshield and came to fix it in a few more days. It was done professionally and was just like the one replaced which was a 2017 new car windshield. It has rained several times since then and everything is just fine. I would recommend Regional Auto to others.

HIRE THIS COMPANY. Regional did an excellent job repairing our glass, and were professional, timely, and easy to work with. I had several phone communications leading up to my appointment, and the person I spoke with (on each occasion) was courteous and warm each time. I highly recommend using this company if you have glass repair that needs done.

I was happy with the work performed as well as the response. However, after the work was completed, my back door window would not operate from the driver window controls. I informed them of the issue. I was put back in touch with the installer. He promised he would return and correct the issue. I have yet to hear from him or his company.
