 + 1 moreWhen algae reappeared within 24 months of algae removal application company was called to re-clean large area. Company representative checked roof and concurred regarding need to clean area and indicated that the job would be done asap. Spent last 2 months (August-September, 2011) calling for their promised/warranty sevices, but no response to our messages or calls.
Description of Work: Pro-Kleen also known as Roof Re-Nu - Cleaned north-facing side of house roof for algae & fungus - job appeared well-done. Also applied an algae-guard solution to r***** algae growth. Contract noted a 3 year warranty for workmanship and results..
