The owner/worker stated that he was going be there at 1pm. I understand that unexpected things happen that may prevent you from arriving on time. So, I'm not upset about the lateness but we he got there, he ran a test on my refrigerator and determined my compressor was bad. My refrigerator is running and was running before the test. I called American Home Shield to report the problem. They placed the repair order with Premier Appliance Repair. Tim Scism called and advised he could not do the work that week because he had emergency refrigerator repairs to do. On 1/4/2007 Tim Scism arrived and advised it would take 1.5-2.0 hours to repair washer. He advised he would have to order parts. He also advised I would need to move wash...

Tim Scism advised that the seal around the washing machine was leaking and needed to be replaced. Also the belt would need to be replaced.
