He got stuck at another job earlier in the day, but called me and let me know the situation.  Still made it out that day and finished the job in a prompt and professional manner.   Wonderful service and communication.  Would most definitely use Platinum again for any work I need done.

Water heater had started leaking. Not sure how long it had leaked, but it was just a slow drip. Decided to replace it since it was over 15 years old. Called Platinum Plumbing since I had used them before. Called before 8:00 AM on Friday morning. They were able to reschedule another job and had somebody over by 10. They suggested installing a tankless water heater but I wasn't sure due to the cost of tankless heaters but I agreed when they quoted me a decent price. Had it installed by 6:00 PM that night.
The only problem was they did not remove the old water heater that day. Said they would be back on Monday to remove it but did not come back until Wednesday. Did not call to let me know anything until Wednesday afternoon when they were checking to see if they could come over to get the old heater. Would have been nice had they let me know something on Monday that they would not make it when they said they would.
Tankless water heaters are they way to go. I would recommend them. Constant hot water, no running out of hot water when you are the second one to take a shower.

They are the best. I am very happy with their work and plan on using them again.

They could have done a better job hooking it up so it worked properly. They didn't respond to my calls when the pump was not working correctly.

They were prompt in both their quote, and in their ability to complete the job. They arrived exactly when they said they would on several occasions. The work was done exactly as agreed. Will definitely hire again!
