Contracted through Angie. I had read reviews by his previous customers and his price seemed decent and service good, so I contracted with him according to those terms and schedule. He said he could get to the work later that same week. Only he didn't. I contacted him the following week and he said he'd get to it later that week instead. Then he didn't. Again. I contacted him AGAIN and he said he would get to it the next day and be finished in two days. Two days later, I contacted him and he said "something came up" so he hadn't finished my job as he had told me he would, and he'd get it finished Saturday. The finished job wasn't the quality I had expected - some of the previous color had bled through and he just left it like that. Overall, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations and his scheduling, lack of contact to keep me informed, and not keeping his word was not what I expected at all. Poor communication, three reschedules that I was only informed about when I called him instead of him notifying me. Unprofessional and the work wasn't of the quality I expected and paid for from a professional service.

Went very well. Got here on time, had the right colors on hand. One person did the work, only took 1 hour more than estimated. Quality is top notch, cost better than competitors.
