Started job on April 27th of this year and the last time they were here was July 25th Longest workday was about 4 hours and after the first week, it was just one man, Mr. Parker. He had a variety of reasons for not showing up and showing up and only working a few hours a day. Then he abandoned the job and left a variety of items of work yet to be completed which he was contractually obligated to do. He has no longer responded to my emails or even a certified letter. It's a very unsatisfactory situation. The tile work is terrible. There are misalignment's of tile joints. He didn't do the tile in the configuration that we asked, he did it his own way. He declared that he would use certain measurements to find a center of a wall and put a joint between two tiles on that center line and go out from there towards the ends of the walls. Therefore, with him doing that, it would theoretically have ended up with the end pieces of tile being the same width if they weren't full tiles. He missed that measurement and that is off by about 2 inches. At one end of the wall, and that wall is only 45 inches long above the tub, one end of tile is about 6 inches wide and at the other end of the row of tile, 45 further away the end tile is 4 inches wide. Very noticeable. We have 5 vertical rows of tiles and they are big tiles. They are 9 inches or so high and 14 inches long. They are laid horizontally, so the long dimension is horizontal. It just looks bad all around. He never responded to my 5 emails and a certified letter delivered by the post office and also FedEx'd to him for which both I received a written receipt that he got them and read them, but he just did not respond. Haven't heard from them since and their work is still not done. I am doing some of their work. We still haven't been able to use the tub properly.
Description of Work: Reinstall a hydrotherapy walk-in bathtub and put tile around the walls above it.
