"Unfortunately This member's review is not accurate. The residents at this home put in a request to have their sink repaired. The plumber who did the repair included noted that the sink had come off the wall by what appeared to be tenant neglect. That is the reason the tenants were billed for the repair. The tenants were told each month that they "owed money" is because the were carrying and unpaid balance on their rental account. He, for some reason, is assuming we are deducting something from their rent check every month which is completely false. We collect the rent for a thid party owner and do not deduct anything from the tenants rental payment. We would have no reason to duduct from the rent, it is the landlord who must be reimbursed for the repair, not us. His statements are completely without merit and are baseless to say the least. Afterall, he waited six months to post his comments about his "experience"."
