I liked the concept of the product.

Not very knowledgeable. I would not recommend them. They are rude on the phone. I never know when they are coming out. They need to be more responsive and have more training.

They were very professional and very good in communication. Several technicians came to work on the problem and we have been very pleased with the result. They were very good.

I don't remember the cost but I thought that it was expensive. But I was satisfied with their service. I would probably use them again in the future.

The provider was not correct about the yellow jacket bees leaving the premise in which they nestled after being treated with the spray. The bees were only annoyed by the spray. Also, the service person did not show up for his next scheduled visit. Not sure if he quit as we scheduled directly with him instead of calling back to the main number to reschedule.







He had previously treated our home before and we felt comfortable scheduling with him. He was friendly and did successfully treat fruit flies in the kitchen.

The technician was very helpful and nice. He was thorough and able to complete the project quickly.

I am satisfied with the actual company and the product as it took care of my pest problems. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the unprofessional mannerisms of one of the employees who treated my home. He telephoned me the night before to set up an appointment to spray the next morning.

THEY GET RID OF ALL MY BUGS. THE BUGS STAY AWAY WITH ORKIN. THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE BUGS STAY AWAY.

Orkin Pest Control has done a great job preventing termites from damaging my home. I haven't seen any since they started coming here. I never have any problems with Orkin, and I will continue to use them.

They were on time; they did a good job. I've never had a problem with them. Employees are all friendly. I will continue to use them in the future.

They seem to do a real good job of checking everything. We have not had a problem with termites, since they started working for us. I will continue to use them.

Orkin doesn't set up appointments with me directly. They just show up. They have even called me while I was at work, and I had to leave to let them in my house. It was very inconvenient for me. They don't say what they're going to do.

They are here to prevent and protect my home from termite damage. I have used them in the past and so far, no termites. I trust them, because of them looking out for me.

We hire them every month. They try to find the source of the bugs, ants, termites or moths. They check the whole house, even the attic. We weren't as pleased with the work they did for the termites. They could not find the termites.

They visit my home monthly to inspect for any type of pest or insects. I feel that the service they provide is excellent overall. They are always on time and do a good job.

I really like this company. The bugs are pretty well gone. There some occasions when I see some but that is going to happen with any company. I feel they are real professional and overall do a great job.
