Pool and Spa Servicing
Original contract through Ideal Home Center, with Olympic Pool Construction as sub-contractor. Olympic was apparently issued a bad check by Ideal Home Center after first phase of the project. Pool owner intervened to keep project moving, assuming financial responsibility directly for next phases.
Olympic Pool repeatedly did not arrive as indicated, often worked partial days, left pool area unusable for very lenghty period. Job intended to be completed in approx two weeks took three months -- and then was not actually completed.
Olympic Pool failed to pre-determine availability of matching coping brick, and when many brick were broken in removal and cleaning, Olympic never found replacement brick and essentially abandoned the project.
Pool owner paid to have custom brick manufactured and then installed by a mason.
