Our project was completed 2 years ago. At the time, I decided to forgo writing a review, hoping that I would get over the issues we had at the time if the finished product came through. The work crew tried, but they were totally unprepared for our open concept great room. While the taped off and covered everything in the kitchen, they did not have the means to block off more than that. Residue from the primer ended up drifting into the great room, and it created quite a headache, as it took several moppings to remove the greasy primer from the floor and the furniture. The owner of the franchise did not seem to think that this would be a problem. We then would not let them spray the paint until they found a way to keep it from traveling as well. they did make every attempt then to shield the living room. While the cabinets looked good after, we did find a few things requiring attention after the completion of the project. Another crew member came out and addressed what he could. The pulls on a two-door cabinet were not lined up correctly, but could not be adjusted. One of the hinges on that door was not attached well, and even though it is one we open very infrequently, it came totally loose within a year, and it took several tries to find a way to reattach. Just under a year and a half out, the finish is wearing off around the hardware. I think we would have had an easier time had we just replaced the cabinets.

We are very pleased with the renewal of our wooden kitchen cabinets. The process removed all grease and dirt and fixed knicks and scratches in the cabinets. They look new! David and Noah were very professional, nice and timely. They cleaned up after the work was completed. Jim, my initial sales contact, handled the financial piece of the process beautifully.
