I made contact with Sharon via email before moving to the area and she starting up a Listingbook Account for me so that I could start to bookmark homes that I was interested in. My husband interviewed her in person and we decided that she would be an excellent choice as a realtor for us. Over the course of about two months, Sharon Canovali helped my family to find a new home in Greensboro, North Carolina. We looked intensely, sometimes meeting three times a week and seeing 3 or 4 homes on each day. Sharon made sure that we saw a wide variety of homes in different neighborhoods around Greensboro so that we would really have a feel for the area and be sure when we found the home that we wanted to make an offer on. As we were looking at homes, Sharon was respectful of our opinions and was never pushy. At the same time, she was very honest when we asked for her opinion which we appreciated. I estimate that we viewed 30-40 homes during that time. When we began the home offer process, Sharon was patient, thorough and very professional. She made sure that we understood all the paperwork and information--and she completed all offers and delivered earnest money checks in a timely manner. Overall, Sharon Canovali was a great choice for us. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, never pushy, and we truly enjoyed our time viewing homes with her.
