Description of Work: I have used this company since 1980's. They have done everything for me from minor repairs to major renovations. When I sold my house the realtor advertised that they had done the work at my house. it sold in 4 days. They have a stellar reputation and you can trust the people who work for them. Their plumber and electrician are the best. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I have recommended them over and over.

 + -1 more.Trust cannot be undervalued and this company hires wonderful, trustworthy and courteous people. If your budget can afford them, they are worth the price. If you aren't satisfied, they make it right. Detail oriented and meticulous construction to suit owner. They are especially talented with older home renovations with an eye to preserving period detail. Their design folks have all sorts of fantastic ideas. I was actually sad to see the project completed and have them leave! Nobody I know who undergoes any extensive renovation project feels that way. New Age is a five-star company in my opinion and I will use them again.

 + 0 moreDo use this contractor as their work is excellent and they stayed on schedule as weather would permit. Unfortunately we had a miss communication on the bid and we did not understand that some of the costs were open as to what they found when they got into do the project. When all was said and done we settled on a fair price where we split the difference between the bid and actual costs. They worked with us and explained what had happened. We are very satisfied with the outcome and feel we were treated fairly PLUS we have a great front porch.
Description of Work: Front porch support wall had fallen-in over the years and was leaning toward the foundation of the home. New Age had to excavate the area, remove the fallen wall and foundation. They then poured a new foundation and rebuilt the block support wall for the front porch. They water proofed the wall and back filled the area. The brick veneer was match to the existing brick on the home and re-laid. They were able to save the porch floor by supporting it from below with a minimum of cracks. We wanted to preserve the porch floor as it fit the house so well. They put in new sidewalks and we added some lighting. It looks beautiful and should last at least another 40 years.
