.Trust cannot be undervalued and this company hires wonderful, trustworthy and courteous people. If your budget can afford them, they are worth the price. If you aren't satisfied, they make it right. Detail oriented and meticulous construction to suit owner. They are especially talented with older home renovations with an eye to preserving period detail.  Their design folks have all sorts of fantastic ideas. I was actually sad to see the project completed and have them leave! Nobody I know who undergoes any extensive renovation project feels that way. New Age is a five-star company in my opinion and I will use them again.

Do use this contractor as their work is excellent and they stayed on schedule as weather would permit. Unfortunately we had a miss communication on the bid and we did not understand that some of the costs were open as to what they found when they got into do the project. When all was said and done we settled on a fair price where we split the difference between the bid and actual costs. They worked with us and explained what had happened. We are very satisfied with the outcome and feel we were treated fairly PLUS we have a great front porch.
