When I had a claim last year, they cut a check for the repairs the same day I called.
I was going out of town and wanted to have my car fixed while I was gone. They worked
with me to get this done.

One day, without any warning, someone shows up to "take pictures". It
was not the most convenient time. He stated, "Usually I can just take
the photo from the street & never have to bother anyone!"
A couple months later, after over 20 years of collecting premiums, they
cancelled my home insurance. So I let the rest of the insurance I had
with them expire too.
