He did an OK job on the closet but I had to have additional work through another contractor to fix drainage problems as a result of inferior foundation work performed by Joe. He did the tile work in bathroom and did a good job. He subbed out the kitchen floor tile job, without notifying me, and the guy did a very poor job on the floor. Two months after the job was completed another contractor was under my house and pointed out inferior plumbing that had several dead runs which could lead to stagnant water getting into the main line. It cost me an additional $350 to have a reputable plumber come in and bring Joe's work up to code. Joe also, hit me with additional cost overruns that was approximately 5% of original quote. These were on items that should have been in the original quote.
