We have never had a loan officer who accompanied us to the real estate closing to make sure that everything turned out well. David went above and beyond to make the loan process easy and enjoyable. On various occasions, he met w/ us late in the evening after his office closed and once he even came to our home to bring some important papers. By the time we hugged goodbye after the closing, David felt more like a family friend than a loan officer.
