Joe answered call to refinish bath tub in rental property. Performed work within one (1) week. Spent about five (5) hours performing task. Upon completion provided instructions to Not use bathmat or stickers in tub and to use 409, Zud, or Barkeeper's Friend cleaners. Contacted Joe on 08/20/2013 to report that tub was NOT ok after tenant had vacated the property. Informed him that side of the tub was peeling and that the floor of the tub was discolored and the surface was pitted. He lacked responsiveness, wanted to ask a lot of irrelevant questions. Requested that the tub be cleaned and then call him back. Contacted Joe again on 10/04/2013 after cleaning service had cleaned the property. Confirmed to him that side of the tub was peeling and that the floor of the tub was discolored and the surface was pitted. His responsiveness was again lacking; not concerned about his previous jobs, seemed more focused on his upcoming jobs. Indicated that his schedule was full and he would contact me when his schedule allowed. It is obvious to me that he did not plan to honor his three (3) year limited warranty, nor was he interested in correcting the problem.
