ordered materials and supervised unloading and stacking (lot of material for this job $6000 of hardieplank)
removed gutters and downspouts (gutters were replaced by another contractor, set up by makesomespace)
replaced rotted (water damage) soffit, replaced all facia, performed all trim painting.
applied the hardieplank siding, cut and fit with excellent accuracy and precision.
removed all construction waste, several times, as it accumulated.
