They have been awesome and just wonderful. The gutter knew that we were in the middle of tying to make a decision about the cabinets but he contacted us a couple of times and gave us a break. They just called back to see how things were going. They've been really good. I've got 2 e-mails from the cabinet maker himself, I got a phone call form the guy who was in charge of the delivery process and I heard from the designer.

Could tell Lowe's probably gave the job to the lowest bidder.

Dan was extremely helpful...above and beyond what we expected...in the design process and choices of cabinets. Always available when we called or had questions....cabinets arrived later than expected and had some damaged so that delayed installation. Installers did a good job until the end with the finishing of the crown molding. Then they rushed through the job but after talking with the company again, they came back immediately and repaired the issues we didn't like. Cabinets are all installed and are great. I do think that if I did this again, I would have asked more questions about where cabinets would fall in relation to outlets, etc. I assumed that would be addressed by the installer who measured before the cabinets were ordered but was wrong. Cabinets covered up outlet for dishwasher and stove so had to have an electrician in to fix those issues. Otherwise, they look great!

The crew installed the roof however the overall work was very careless and sloppy. After they completed the work, our skylight leaked and there were several other areas that had problems as well. We had to have them back out several times to fix the problems. We chose Lowe's because we could put the cost on the card however now it appears that might not have been the thing to do. We were very unsatisfied with the work.

IT TOOK ONLY ONE WEEK TO GET THE CARPETING IN. THEY TORE UP THE OLD AND HAULED IT AWAY. THEY MOVED MY FURNITURE FOR ME TOO. I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO GO AND CHECK OUT THEIR PRICES AND PRODUCTS.

THEIR PRICES WERE COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER STORES. WE ORDERED A GOOD GRADE OF CARPET, THEY TORE OUT ALL THE OLD, AND THEN WE FOUND OUT IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. SO THE ORDERED IT FROM ANOTHER STORE AND RECEIVED IT IN TWO DAYS,

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK AND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE WHO ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. IT IS ALSO NICE THAT THEY CALLED AFTER THEY FINISHED TO FOLLOW UP ON THEIR WORK TO SEE IF WE WERE HAPPY.

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY THAT I HAVE USED BEFORE. THEY PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS NICE AND COURTEOUS AND HAVE A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES.

THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF INSTALLING THE COUNTERTOP. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR MANNER AND TOOK CARE IN DOING IT CORRECTLY. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND HAVE HAD GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM.
