LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT

The door was a great price, but they killed me on the install. Sent out a sub who couldn't communicate effectively and I wasn't able to address my concerns with them over the job. Got the run around from the big box store ofcourse

Went great, the specialized supplies were just what I needed and the 6 9/16 jamb special order doors could not have been easier to obtain and have delivered.

Very professional, took the time to show me how both the water heater and the oven worked. The
water heater was digital and had led displays which was not available on my older ones. I oven was a replacement for
a 21 year old double oven made by the same mfr - GE. R&R called ahead of time both for the detail and the install and did an excellent job with both.

They were excellent and it went very well. They very courteous and very helpful. The contract ran very smoothly. They were also very good on the price. I was very, very, happy with their work.

Great service and price

The entire transaction was very good ... nothing to add.

I would give this report a F except for compensation received from Lowes for problems. Received an initial estimate of $700 for purchase and installation of water heater, the final estimate came in at $840. The subcontractor did not finish the install untill 72 hours after giving the approval to do the work. I was without water for that long. The subcontractor had me purchase from Lowes additonal parts that they did not figure and also they had to buy a part from another company that they did not figure that delayed the installation. Lowe's did in the end provide me with up to $150 in credits for all the problems I had with the install.

When they removed the old sink they put a scratch in my granite counter-top. The plumber had to send out a granite company to attempt to repair the scratch. They were able to minimze the appearance of the scratch but it is still there. They were very helpful and professional but couldn't get rid of the scratch. The plumber that installed the sink left the faucet loose and didn't install the faucet right. They had to come back and reset it. I also had to call them back to tighten the faucet handle. They had to come back several times. Lowes should not have had to come out so many time. I will not use their install services again.

Lowes has excellent follow up and they find out if you got what you wanted and if it was dealt with correctly. I appreciated that.

The staff gave great recommendations of which products to buy, including detailed pros and cons. The area for improvement is that the delivery dates/times were a moving target. One part was a shipping delay, but the other part was they didn't hold "our" washer and dryer so even though it was in inventory when we purchased it, it was no longer in inventory on delivery date. So it was a week to receive both the refrigerator, and then a day later our washer and dryer. Set up went really well and we are happy with all three appliances.

Lowe's is average. You may go in and get great service, or you may go in and get not so great service. I had done my homework, so I got the best price on my own refrigerator. I would use them again, but the sales people do not particularly impress me to be honest.

They get all top grades from me. The whole thing went smoother than I thought it would. They sub-contracted the work out and everyone involved was professional and courteous. The people at Lowe's were very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The cost included all of the materials and new appliances.

My shopping experience took 10 minutes. A salesperson offered suggestions on the best value and most ideal type of plumbing products for my project. They appeared to be short staffed but met my needs in a timely manner.

The contractor showed up on time and I was impressed that they were able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Lowe's contacted me after the fan was installed asking about how my service was.

Wonderfully!! Our salesman in the store, Michael Collins, was agreeable, knowledgeable and professional each time we were with him. Ronnie Gleason who came to measure and prepare a proposal struck us as being the kind of person you'd leave your baby and your money with for a week knowing both would be fine when you got back. His crew, Patrick, James and Tommy worked like ants installing the windows. They were completely organized, could answer any question we had and were very pleasant company. Since we all spent two days together, that was good. They cleaned up after themselves.

Customer satisfaction service "after the sell" was great. I felt there was something wrong with how the freezer and refrigerator doors lined up. They had no problem sending out a new unit as a replacement. Also was concerned about the temperature of the freezer and they had an authorized repair technician come right out to check it.

IT WAS GOOD. I CHECKED AROUND FOR A WHILE AND DID SOME LOOKING AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRODUCT FOR THE CHEAPEST PRICES. I LIKED MY EXPERIENCE WITH LOWES SO I HIRED THEM FOR MY WINDOWS TOO.

ADAM WAS THE GUY'S NAME THAT DID THE JOB, AND I CAN TELL YOU THAT THERE AREN'T TOO MANY MORE LIKE HIM. HE DID A GREAT JOB, AND THE NEW DOOR IS A LOT HEAVIER THAN THE OLD ONE WAS.

THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB OF HANGING THE BLINDS. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY AND WHERE DONE IN A SHORT TIME. I WAS PLEASED WITH WHAT THEY HAD DONE.
