He said that he was very experienced in roofing, he was referred to me by a mutual friend and he appeared confident and professional so I hired him. The roof leaked the first time it rained and I called him. He came back and did 'something' and said it was fixed. The following rain the rood leaked again. I called him and he has been promising since April to 'come on Friday' and has not made it yet. I recently called a professional roofer to come and fix my rood (because it has been raining everyday for the past 2 weeks and ruining my tool shed floor). The professional reported that Orland had secured the side by side panels together with duct tape and did not seal any of the long ends of the long panels.. This has allowed rain to run in around all 4 sides of each panel. Neither had he put flashing on the roof line. The roofer also reported that the roof rafters were i inch by 4 inch boards making it very dangerous to even walk on.
