The service was friendly and professional. Their prices were good and they generally seemed to know what they were doing. I would say by personal experience that if I had a tricky issue with pool chemistry, I would go to another place but just in terms of buying accessories, standard chemicals and going and getting my water tested, they are convenient and their quotes always have been nice. Their prices also have been pretty good comparatively. I will shop there again.

The service technician that came out was very professional and very organized. It took him less than an hour to fix everything. My pool is now working fine. The service technician showed up in a timely manner.
