Lanier Builders

We contracted Lanier Builders after getting a few estimates. We chose them mostly because we felt so comfortable with the owner Taylor Lanier. He listened to what we wanted and gave us good suggestions that turned out to be perfect for our job. Our kitchen had a laundry room with bifold doors on one wall. We wanted it out of there and showed him where we had a closet that used to have the hvac unit in it years ago. He determined that he could make it work and did all the plumbing and electrical required as well as the venting for the dryer. Then moved the washer and dryer and hooked everything up. He then demo'd the old kitchen and the cabinets. Removed a doorway to our family room and created a beautiful archway. They got rid of the popcorn ceiling and did a fantastic job of finishing the flat ceiling. After the cabinets were installed they came back in and worked their magic on completing our new beautiful kitchen. We cannot give enough praise for Lanier Builders.

Taylor is excellent.  Fair priced, does amazing work, good a follow through.  
Started with adding a washer dryer connection, including electrical and plumbing in storage area of new home, he also installed vent fans in two bathrooms, added GFI outlets in two bathrooms, removed cabinets in kitchen, removed dated soffit in kitchen. Installed very cool range hood, installed cabinets (he was WAAAY cheaper than Lowes was going to charge and did much better work.  installed appliances.  removed two windows (den and master bedroom) and installed french doors to back yard.  Including redoing brick rook to make the doors look like they were original to house.  added can light in kitchen. 
Taylor does amazing work and I have recommend him to my friends.  I am planning on using him to build a screen porch and deck later this year.
