excellent, same day service, job completed in one day, very professional.

Residential well went dry. Had to dig 4th well with aid of state geologist survey. Now I have water. Jones company very responsive and concerned.

Pump broke on a Saturday night. No water to the house.
Called the office phone number and left a voice mail.
They called me back on Sunday morning and we set appointment for Monday @ 9:00a.m.
* They offered to come out on a Sunday, but like most plumbers it was time and a half. *
Workers were at the house at 9:00 a.m. and all work was completed by 10:30 a.m. It wasn't a easy job.
They did a wonderful job with a great work staff. Would recommended this company.
