Called Michael around noon on Sunday 12/13/2015. He arrived a little after 2 pm the same day. Completed the work in just over an hour, including giving me an estimate for future proposed work. Michael is very professional and his pricing is excellent. He works quickly and neatly, and he is a nice guy. He does the work himself and is very thorough. It has taken me thirteen years to find a plumber I can trust and I think Michael is that plumber.

We scheduled online for anytime Mike could come out and he called within the hour to say that he would be able to come out the next day! He was thorough, professional and took his job seriously. So seriously that even though he was scheduled to take a vacation day the day we came out, he came to unblock the main pipe before he went! I plan to call him again the next time I need such services. The whole experience was extremely pleasant, from booking to actual service. Would recommend Jones Rooter Service to anyone seeking such a professional.

Once he arrived he assessed the situation and did the work in a timely manner without making it feel as is he were rushing through my job. Once completed he explained what he did, what he saw, and made sure I did not have any questions. I will absolutely use Jones rooter again and will highly recommend them to all I know. EXTREMELY SATISFIED!

He called about 4 hours after I purchased the service to confirm I had ordered it. Asked if he could come over the same day. Showed up at 4:30. Went straight to work. Since it was a flat rate service we were able to discuss some interesting subjects. Very knowledgeable man. We had a little trouble finding the clog due to the way the pipes were run under the floor and above the insulation but he figured it out ,then just a quick push pull of the snake and my troubles were over. He continued to clean other parts of the drain so we would not have another clog in a few days. I recommend him to anyone who has a clogged drain. I will use him again for any plumming needs I may have.

I knew what the problem was so I called Michael. A very kind, respectable young man. He came around 12:40 p.m. and tried to find the damaged pipe. Left around 3p.m. to return around 9:30 a.m. the next morning with an assistant. Told me day before what he would have to do. Water pressure is better than it has been for a while. I can't imagine what price would have been if sons did not shovel before and after.

it went very well. It was professionally done. I had a small problem with outside water leaking through the penetration, but that was fixed promptly
