Called Michael around noon on Sunday 12/13/2015. He arrived a little after 2 pm the same day. Completed the work in just over an hour, including giving me an estimate for future proposed work. Michael is very professional and his pricing is excellent. He works quickly and neatly, and he is a nice guy. He does the work himself and is very thorough. It has taken me thirteen years to find a plumber I can trust and I think Michael is that plumber.

He was great took care of things. Even purchased the correct part came back and fixed everything.

He was extremely polite and professional. I call him in the morning and he made a time to meet with me the same day. He missed his service window slightly, but called to apologize, and to update me when he would arrive. Once he arrived he assessed the situation and did the work in a timely manner without making it feel as is he were rushing through my job. Once completed he explained what he did, what he saw, and made sure I did not have any questions. I will absolutely use Jones rooter again and will highly recommend them to all I know. He called about 4 hours after I purchased the service to confirm I had ordered it. Asked if he could come over the same day. Showed up at 4:30. Went straight to work. Since it was a flat rate service we were able to discuss some interesting subjects. Very knowledgeable man. We had a little trouble finding the clog due to the way the pipes were run under the floor and above the insulation but he figured it out ,then just a quick push pull of the snake and my troubles were over. He continued to clean other parts of the drain so we would not have another clog in a few days. I recommend him to anyone who has a clogged drain. I will use him again for any plumming needs I may have.

I knew what the problem was so I called Michael. A very kind, respectable young man. He came around 12:40 p.m. and tried to find the damaged pipe. Left around 3p.m. to return around 9:30 a.m. the next morning with an assistant. Told me day before what he would have to do. Water pressure is better than it has been for a while. I can't imagine what price would have been if sons did not shovel before and after.

Mr. Jones came around 10 am worked all day to get the job done. He was very polite and explained everything to me that he was working on and then what he found. I would definitely use him again. We are in Clemmons and I highly recommend him.

It worked well for about 3 weeks. This morning problem started again! Called once I came from work around 4p.m.,he came as soon as I called. He is here today taking the toilet apart to find that clog. He said that he couldn't do it from underneath the house since it was only one bathroom with the problem. Nice young man, very kind. Will cost me another $95 though; that's $240 in all. Hope this works! I think the first visit was a little too costly just to snake a pipe on the roof, but he had to work this time. I was misled by other reviews when I chose this plumber because most of them ranged his work at $65.00. He charged me over double that amount the first time. He gave me a thirty day guarantee this time though. If the work is good this time, I probably would call him again.
