I absolutely cannot evaluate Dr. johnson. He just gave me 13 shots of novacaine! Which was totally unexpected and hurt like h***. |I can say that I was so overcharged it was disgraceful. I had to pay $350 for services that I had not requested and when I got my EOB ( yes, I have dental insurance) I should have paid only $188 something........I kept expecting a phone call or refund check but got none and finally when I received my next appt. card in mail ..... I called to cancel and tell them about the refund. They said they just had kept it as a credit on the books until I came in again. $350 kept on my charge for 3 months .... And I have to call for refund check. A dentist office can call an insurance company and get amounts that should be charged to patients. As all dentists that I have dealt with have done in the past. I won't go back. I really cannot give a fair review on Dr. Johnson. The whole experience was not good and to overcharge anyone that much is disgusting.

I've been going to him for about 30 years. They are very friendly and work with you on payments. They do excellent work.
