The staff is wonderful. Efficient, knowledgeable, professional. Everything they should be. Waiting area has a coffee machine and a TV (oh which, by the way, you can actually change the channel)... They honor and offer coupons. Couldn't be better.

Jiffy Lube has good coupons that we use. They're fast. You never wait more than a half an hour. They're just very customer friendly. They're nice people. They're not going to rip you off. We always take our cars there. They put paper down in your cars, so things don't get dirty. They put windshield wipers in my car about a month ago. It didn't quite work right and I kept meaning to take it back. When my husband brought it in on this latest visit, he told them about it and they went ahead and fixed it, for no charge. Their price is reasonable. You drive in, they come out to meet you to see what you need and then, they walk you into their waiting room. They have a really nice waiting room. There's free coffee and a lady's room. It's almost like you're going to somebody's house. Everybody seems to have a good attitude, like oh my God, the workers must actually like working there.
