They answered immediately and were able to dispatch a tech in a few hours. The diagnosed the issue as a capacitor and fixed it in 10 minutes! Quick service, great price and all around great folks!

J W Heating and Air was recommended to me by a friend. I asked for an estimate which they charged me $90 since I was hoping they could repair the old one. In the end they did not charge me since they replaced with a new one. They are easy to deal with and came when they said they would. They said I will have heat by the end of the day and we did. They still had some work and finished the next day. Good price for 15 seer 3 1/2 ton Goodman. They are sending in the warranties for me and will send me any paperwork from the company. Would use this company again and would refer them to others.

They showed up as promised. The installation took about 1 day. They returned to make some minor modifications and adjustments at a later date as agreed. System is functioning perfectly.

We asked for a specific day to start installation and they accommodated us. They arrived as scheduled and did a great job. They ran into a problem with the way the old gas system had been installed and it probably took them two hours longer to take it out than it might have. They took the extra time so as not to mess up anything and there were no extra charges. It caused them to have to make some new duct connections, etc. but they did that with no hassle. We have had cold and warm days since the installation and have been able to use both heating and air conditioning and the simple damper system that they proposed works great to balance the upstairs and downstairs depending on which system is being used and it is easy for me to adjust. The Goodman system is quiet and seems to be very efficient doing a good job for both heat and air. We strong endorse both J and W Heating and Goodman.

I have had J W Heating and Air as my contractors for a number of years and they are reliable and reasonably priced and not once have I argued or felt cheated about a service bill from them. I honestly don't recall the price for this last visit. I trust him with my house key if we are not here. Highly recommended as great worker, trustworthy and a very nice man to boot.
