I am really impressed by the professionalism of this business. We recently moved to a house that had an existing Invisible Fence, and then adopted a shelter dog. The person with whom we spoke on the phone told us the name of the service technician who would be coming to our home, so we knew who to expect. Dustin, who first came out to evaluate, and Dan and Chris, who came to repair the existing equipment and train us, were knowledgeable, prompt, and very helpful. Dan in particular could see that I was getting overwhelmed with some of the dog's behavior and gave me some very specific guidance on how to address it. I was able to see changes even before he left the service call! Invisible Fence is not cheap, but so far they have provided excellent service and support and I am very pleased.

Went great - the installer was able to work a solution for me (since I already had physical fencing, it was just too low to ensure my 70-lb boxer stays inside and won't jump over). They ran the wire along the top of the fencing, which allows my dog to get closer to the fence than she would if the wire were buried along the perimeter.

The fence works perfectly for her but it doesn't keep other animals out, which is a problem. They gave us a discount. We would absolutely use them again.

Our experience with Invisible Fence was positive from the initial meeting to the final installation. We first met a salesperson at a winter home show. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgable. We made arrangements for a quotation at that a point. Estimator was ontime and very professional. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful in outlining our options and helping us make a decision without undue pressure. The only glitch was that we were not able to be present for the installation so a company representative came on out on a Saturday to put down flags to outline the fence location. The installation was excellent. It was done with very little disuption ot the property. Within a week you could not see where the fence was installed in the grass. The dogs were already trained from our previous home so they took to the new fence boundaries within two days. The whole process was very smooth and I would highly recommend this company.

Company rep came to my house, checked all my requirements, walked my property, made suggestions, and gave me a great estimate. The installer came 2 days later, installed the fence exactly as specified, made minimal mess which he came back later to repair, and the price was exactly as quoted. Equipment works perfectly.

They are easy to contact and provide fast service. Their employees also work very fast. I really appreciated the fact that they had told me of the problem in which they had said an animal had chewed the underground wire.
