Company was very punctual in giving an estimate and starting the work, (especially after 2 other roofers I called either either did not return my call, or looked at the job and said, "we'll get back with an estimate" which never came. The final job, however left much to be desired as my roof has far more leaks now than before the expensive repair.($2500.00) I have a skylight on the section that was repaired, and it is evident that Hunt's Roofing knows nothing of working with skylights based on the feedback I am getting from the new roofers which I am now hiring to correct Hunt's work. They did came out once and re-caulked a bit, which corrected nothing. I called them again and was told "I'll see you Monday". That a Month ago and I am still waiting for that Monday. I believe they can do a fair job on an average roof, but if you have any skylights, or difficult situations, don't call them.

I called Mr. Hunt (relative to a review on Angie's List) and he came within 48 hours to give me an estimate. He came at my con- venience. I told him that I would call him back when I made a decision about when and who to do the work. I contacted him and he scheduled the work at my convenience, showed up on time, completed the work quickly, explained to me a problem with the gutters that caused the workmen to not be able to get the gutters exactly straight (a pre-existing problem that the last roof replacement crew left uncorrected and about which I was already aware). They cleaned up well, were polite and cordial, and overall did a great job.

I don't remember how much we spent. My husband paid the bill. The job went okay. We were pretty satisfied with them. They were pretty professional. We think the job was done well. We haven't had any problems with the roof that they installed. The fascia around the roof was fixed by a sub-contractor and that looks okay. We had him go ahead and do the work on the word of Hunts. We did have other estimates done and we picked Hunts even though they weren't the cheapest because they had several good reviews on Angie's List.

The 'go-ahead' was given on the evening of Thursday 12 November. They (10 guys) showed up as promised the next day with a contract and a load of shingles. With the exception of 45 minutes of work the next morning, they replaced 45 squares worth of shingles in a very professional manner. These guys may not appear as 'polished' as some of the other, larger roofing places, but they do a really nice job in a very short time. I will be recommending them to several friends and neighbors who have mentioned that they will be in the market for a new roof in the near future. btw: they were also around 20% less than the other quotes we got.

I called to report the problem at 8:20am from work. My call was answered by a person (not a machine), who clarified what needed to be done, and then called me back at 1:40pm to arrange a time. I told him I'd be home around 6pm, and the man who did the work arrived about 6:15pm. He was very professional and courteous, performed the repair in a matter of minutes, explained to me afterwards exactly what the problem was and how he'd fixed it, and also gave me some advice on the general condition of the roof and a few tips on how to deal with the water stains on my ceiling. I was very happy to get this problem fixed on the same day, with minimal effort on my part, and without having to take time off work.

He was very responsive. He came out the day after I called him to take a look. He was able to repair it on the spot. He only charged me $50 and told me some things to consider for the future of the roof. He was the most responsive of all of the folks that I called. I still haven't even heard about any of the other folks. I would recommend him. He is personable, helpful and got the job done.

He was recommend by a friend. His price came under another companys prices. He came with a full crew. He was here and done within a day. He was professional. He cleaned up after himself.
