I highly recommend Hunt’s Tree Removal & Pruning Service in Greensboro, NC! I have personally hired this company on 5 different occasions for a variety of jobs ranging from pruning services/limb removal, cutting down ~ 12 Bradford pear trees lining my driveway, taking down a Maple Tree in the front yard (including grinding out the stump), and removing 2 massive oak trees > 100 feet tall on a hill in my fenced-in backyard. Mr. Perry Hunt is highly professional and beyond doubt an expert in his field. He came to my house personally for all initial consultations/site surveys, answered all my questions, and gave highly reasonable and fair estimates. The first couple of times I needed tree work I had several other local tree companies come out to give estimates and, on both occasions, Mr. Hunt’s fees were by far significantly less. Those first 2 experiences left me feeling confident that Mr. Hunt is a trustworthy individual, and it’s awesome that I no longer need to waste my time consulting other companies. I would also like to add that Mr. Hunt’s company does an excellent job with clean up and hauling away all limbs, wood, and debris. If you need any tree work done, do yourself a favor and make Hunt’s Tree Service your one and only call! You won’t be disappointed!

These guys were efficient, professional and amazing to watch. They didn't even have to speak with each other. They just instinctively knew what to do and when to do it. They brought down 26 trees on my property in one day, with ease and care. Safety was never an issue and they cleaned up so nicely after. They leveled the ground, removed all debris and even used a leaf blower for all the little stuff. I HIGHLY recommend them and we will definitely use them again if we have the need.

Outstanding, quick, efficient job. You don't want amateurs taking out gigantic trees. Hunt's knew what they were doing and were in and out in less than an hour. As an extra job, they took out 3 old stumps later in the day with their state-of-the-art equipment and were just as excellent there. Be nice to the nice lady on the phone and you'll be on your way!

I called around a few places to get the best price on cutting down 7 tall pines. I could not cut them down myself. However, once they were on the ground I could do all the hauling, cutting up, burning, etc. 
Hunt gave the best price and delivered great results. They were quick to get out and give me an estimate, and then quick to get me on the books for the actual service. 
They arrived promptly at 8:30am. They had three guys up the trees and two on the ground. Overall the job took about 3-4 hours. They would limb up the branches as they climbed to the top. Then cut about 8 foot sections. Then let them drop. Very professional. They let me watch and even start cutting once the wood was on the ground. 
My ground did get some bumps/holes in it from the trees falling. But that was inevitable when 20" logs fall 60 feet in the air. Nothing a little yard care hasn't gotten rid of.

The gentleman came out and we discussed what I wanted done, an estimate was given, and the work was done - all in less than 1 week.

I have to call them for another tree. Mr. Hunt is very professional and very well priced. His guys do a slam bang job of getting things done and being very professional and being clean about it. They clean up their mess when they are done.

They are a 2nd or 3generation family company. We have used them many many times over numerous years. They are excellent, we won't even look at another company now. When they leave you cannot even tell they were there other than the work you wanted are done to perfection.

They are absolutely unbelievable! They had enough workers to complete all the trimming in a timely manner. Everything was completed to my total satisfaction, including clean up. After they left, it was like they hadn't ever been here. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with any contractor. Of course, I will use them again!
