Wasted 3 days of my time saying each day he was going out to do the bid til he ghosted us. Probably so embarrassed at what a flake he had become. One of these contractors that leaves their inbox full days on end to avoid responsibility. Would not recommend to anyone.

Jim Muldowney and his crew are fantastic to work with. They are timely, courteous, and collaborative. The projects were completed on time and within budget. Following completion they cleaned up very thoroughly.
