Concrete both standard and stamped. We are a Licensed General Contractor. Authorized Certianteed Master Craftsman. We are EPA Lead certified. We also offer 24 hour emergency response and FULL repairs in the water, roofing, storm and fire (WITH ALL LICENSING) catagories. ALL licenses or contractor info available upon request

5 guys arrived around 7:30 am along with their foreman who explained what they were to do. The were don around 7:30 pm. I was so excited they were done, however around the 4th day after painting I wanted some trim work in one bedroom, so I applied painters tarp and painted. Whe I pulled the painters tape off, the paint came off as well. I called the owner of the company and he came by to look. He said the paint had not dried we'll enough before I put on the painters tape (eve
n though it had been 4 days and nights). There was also spots on thr living room ceiling that bled through the primer and paint. I was told he would be back within the week to fix these things, but as of today, Aug. 26th, I have not seen anyone.

"In all honesty, I had totally forgotten about this issue as I have dealt with some very painful health issues after having a gallbladder removed in late may. This has severely affected my performance at work and other areas of my life. With that being said, I did inform her that it usually takes about 2 weeks for interior paint to fully cure and being a painter for a living, I know that using painter's tape on fresh paint is not a friendly option. However, on the touch ups, I did let her know at the time, I would be glad to repair the spots in the ceiling that blead though the fresh ceiling paint and primer. My failure is I simply forgot about it until I read this report on Angie's list. My intentions are to call her today and see if I can rectify that issue! Hopefully so!!! We have always stood behind our work however, in lieu of the health issues that are now behind me, I simply forgot."

Jeff, Don and Gary reviewed the damage and evalutated what was needed to be done to meet their quality standards. I note their and quot;quality standardsand quot; because it was obvious that they don't believe in just and quot;patchingand quot; a problem....they believe in and quot;fixingand quot; the problem. Fixing the problem is permanent, patching the problem is temporary. I appreciated that they explained their job in detail, giving me confidence in their knowledge.
Their team was very courteous, polite and kept their work areas neat and tidy. Jeff or Don called me or came by each day with an update. Their team showed up on time and worked until dawn.
I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs any type of home improvement or remodeling done.

It went very well. Workers were prompt and neatly cleaned up after job. Mr Jeff Tripplett was wonderful and very helpful.

Having recieved bids from several other vendors on each job separately, I was totally snowed under. When Home Improvments came out to bid on the tile job our conversation turned to the entire job. The bides were very competitive and the scheduling was perfect. Home Improvements took all the stress and scheduling away. I was informed on a daily basis what would be happening that day and the next allowing me time to clear space for the workmen. The job was done withing the time frame I was given and everything was done to my expectations. I could not be hapier with any of the work.
I have additional renovations to be done in the fall and I will definitely use Home Improvments of the Carolinas.
I would highly recommend Home Improvments to anyone.

The owner came or called daily and asked how the project was progressing to make sure everything was progressing as I wanted it. I'll have him back for future work as well. He had his own carpenter come out to work on the dental work.

After reviewing several companies in the triad area this company was very accurate, professional, curiosity, prompt, and honest. They offer great products at reasonable prices depending on what you are looking for and wanting. They showed up on time and did everything possible to make sure the job and I were happy and satisfied. Their personalities were pleasant and professional. I would highly refer this company to any needs a person might have in work on their house. I will be quick to call them again if I should ever need or want more improvements done on my house.

They arrived on time and finished reasonably fast. Estimated price was close to the ending price. Will use them to repair sheetrock and paint rental town home.
