In the beginning I was satisfied with their customer service but they did not honor their price match guarantee. The individuals in the kitchen-bath area was very professional and she gave very good service but when we brought in our quote for the price match guarantee, she just told us that they cannot match the price with the competitor given.

I was pretty discouraged until I went to Home Depot. Mr. Keifer explained the problems with screens that have to be custom made. Rather than send me on my way, he called two places to find out if anyone would build and assemble the screens. He was concerned, however, that the screens might be damaged during shipping. They actually arrived two days later without a scratch.

They are great, very professional. The entire job only took a day and a half. They worked extremely hard until they finished. They sent a crew of two men to do the job and they did a good one. It is a solid, tight building and I had a good experience with them. I am very pleased with the building and the outcome. I would recommend buying a unit from them and they have great contractors.

I was quite pleased as the 2 x 4's were stored inside free from weather conditions. The cashier was very familiar with the product as she entered the skew numbers from memory. The store was clean and conveniently arranged to meet my needs.

THIS WAS A BIG JOB, ABOUT 1600 SQUARE FEET. THE CONTRACTORS THEY SENT OUT DIDN'T SPEAK A LICK OF ENGLISH, SO COMMUNICATING WITH THEM WAS MORE THAN DIFFICULT. THEY DID A NICE JOB, THOUGH.

WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE STORM DOOR, WE HAD A STORM AND IT LEAKED ALL OVER. SO THEY WERE TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT, BUT THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET HERE. I ALSO THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE TOO HIGH.
