HANDICO PAINTING

Handico accepted the job with a very clear understanding of the issues we had and the lack of proper surface preparation by the previous paint contractor. Due to the bad preparation of the surface we had a very serious problem with paint peeling and bubbling off the surface within weeks of the job being completed. Mr. Johnson stated that he had over 30 years of experience with this type of work and it would be no problem. He also stated that he would guarantee his work. The paint and primer applied by Handico was pulling old paint off all the way to the wood just like the previous contractors work did. Bottom line is that I should have learned my lesson from the first time we had the house painted and signed off on every stage of work. Within weeks we had the same problem with Handico's work with paint peeling off even worse than the first contractor. He refused to come back to fix the problem. This was a horrible job period. Very amateur at best. I was had.
