Bill discovered the issue within a few minutes of looking at the unit. He replaced the capacitor and put coolant in it. He also cleaned the coils. He made sure that everything was working properly and explained everything thoroughly. I initially thought that we would have to replace the unit and asked him about that over the phone before he came out and he told me that he would look at it and see if it could be repaired because replacing it would be very costly. That put me at ease because it showed that he was honest and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future for any issues we may have with our air conditioning and heating unit.
