Oil was changed along with filter. Did not need new air filter. Service team mentioned leak in brake line. (Turned out it was a leak in the power steering assembly.) They did a tire rotation and showed me the tread on the tires.

I originally went in for just an oil change. I have gone to this Grease Monkey 4 or 5 times previously and received excellent service. It was recommended that I have a radiator flush/fill performed since it was overdue. That was performed, and I noticed no problems that afternoon. The next evening the low coolant light came on and stayed on. I checked the coolant reservoir tank the next morning and it was well below the cold level line. I checked the ground, and there was no leakage. So I did not go anywhere on Sunday to keep from possibly overheating the engine. I took my Escape to Precision Tune near my house on Monday mornning, they added more coolant, and the sensor light went off. I'm not sure how you perform a radiator flush & fill, and basically forget to fill the coolant to the proper level. Sorry to say, I will no longer take my vehicle to Grease Monkey.

Many times during a radiator flush, an air bubble can be introduced into the system and cause a low level indicator light to come on. I am not trying to make an excuse for inaccurate service, just a possible reason why the level may change after driving even a short distance. It is our responsibility to inform you of this possibility and we failed to do so. I would like an opportunity to resolve this level of distrust we created.
