gas logs
 + -1 moreIt all went smoothly and was so simple for me. He came to the house right when he said he would on all 3 visits (estimate, installation, and delivery of replacement log). He was careful to contain any mess, explained the price clearly, and was very careful to make sure I knew how to operate the set, what various circumstances might occur in operation, and what they meant. He was highly recommended by upscale retailer and I found (as far as I could tell from my complete lack of knowledge about the mechanics) that he met my high expectations.
Description of Work: He installed gas logs I bought from another retailer. This required removal of an old set of gas logs. One of the logs was broken in the box, so he called the retailer and arranged for a replacement, and when it came in he went and got it, brought it to my house and arranged the logs, for no extra charge. He also scheduled the city inspector to come and inspect the installation on a day I told him was good for me; he called the inspector on the day of inspection to find out if it was going to be morning or afternoon and then called and told me. The price included the city inspection fee.
