My experience with Geek Squad was completely substandard. My laptop needed a hinge repair which should have been routine. However that was not at all the case. The hinge was not working due to the wrong screw being used and which resulted in the computer not working properly. To her credit the agent tried to correct the shoddy work done at the repair depot but to no avail. I was without my laptop for almost 3 weeks and I will have to return the computer after I have completed a mandatory certification for work!

Their service is excellent. However, there is a potential criminal fraud, on which they are aware and they do NOTHING about it. I was a victim of a phone number 866 that Best Buy, Geek Squad know exist, which uses their name to cheat on customers, using their information and requesting a deposit to provide services. They use your credit card information, Geek Sqad Best Buy sells them a Technical Card, make money, and then sells products, on which they also make money. They know this is a fraud but do nothing to prosecute the people at those numbers which make fraud to customers. I was cheated more than $3100... and the more fraud, the more that Best Buy sells and make money. This is well known by Best buy Head quarters.. and again, they do not protect neither help customers. Be aware on that

Technician arrived promptly and immediately addressed issues regarding my new computer. Resolving these, we worked on some more specific problems I was having (being a new user of Windows 10).

They had the best selection and prices.  Delivery was as stated and the two installers were courteous, considerate, and seemed to be well trained.  They answered questions and made required electrical connections.  
The order process was very smooth and delivery just as advertised.  Would purchase from them again.

I bought the dishwasher and then the next week I read a Best Buy ad and it had free installation. I brought the ad into the store and they refunded my install fee

Agent G. Perez was professional, polite, and very thorough. He was able to describe what the problems were as well as the solutions in terms I could understand. He also came back several weeks later to correct a problem with the speakers. The work is guaranteed for 30 days.

The service was excellent. The Geek Squad staff member was very competent and cheerful. He taught me information about my computer and printer that I did not know. He gave me all the options as to the amount of memory I wanted. He worked efficiently and quickly. An all around pleasant experience!

They got my computer updated very quickly. I think the best thing about them is that they are very accessible and convenient The people that I've dealt with there have all been professional and courteous. I feel their price is right in line.

I think they are unbeatable. They did it in no time flat. I am really satisfied and I have never had a problem with them at all. I think that their prices are more than reasonable and they are always dependable. They are knowledgeable as well and I have no problems with any situation.

Best Buy is pretty good when it comes to appliance sales. It can all depend on who is working at the time but they seem to be pretty consistent about hiring good staff. Their specials on large dollar appliances can be pretty competitive with other places and you are also able to get quality appliances there, which is also nice.

Sold me a Linksys, set it up but could not have more than one computer on at one time. Geek rep said it was a time Warner or AOL issue. Not so, but parties proved to me that the system was not configued correctly. Called Geek squad and they said my warrenty had run out and would be another charge for coming out. I refused because because it was not done right the first time. They then told me to have a good day.

They were supposed to fix my computer for free, but they wanted to charge me for shipping of a part to fix it. I said no, but they shipped it anyway. Then they said they couldn't fix it, wanted to charge for the shipping and a $1000 to fix it.

They were very good and timely. They were very knowledgeable and explained their product well to me. I would recommend them.

My experience with Best Buy was great. I will definitely go back to them. I know something is wrong with my computer and I am bringing it to them to be fixed.
