G I Kleaning Services Inc.

Excellent!  GI Cleaning provided 3 people who worked diligently and quickly and cleaned EVERYTHING including blinds, inside cabinets, stove, bathroom, refrigerator, cabinets, toilet, bathtub, ceiling fans, etc.  Results were better than anticipated - they were fantastic!  Highly recommend for any home cleaning job!!!

I included most of this in the "What did the provider do?" section, so you will see that it went very well.  The price was within our budget and they were able to complete the work in a timely manner.  Our warehouse is quite a large area to be dusted, wiped, and mopped.  So, it was great that they were able to do this with such positive attitudes.  Dealing with Ernesto and his employees was a great experience.  The only issue at all was that they were about 20 minutes late arriving, but Ernesto texted me to let me know they were running late so that was not an issue.  Our warehouse is in Greensboro.  Since I knew they were coming from High Point and that others have had difficulty finding our building I almost expected them to be a little late anyway.

I am very glad that I was able to find G I Services on Angie's List.

I am very impressed with Ernie and his crew. His wife and two others did the job, and a very detailed job indeed. They even took the books out of the little magazine rack and cleaned it. My first contact was with Ernie, in which he scheduled a very quick Appt. and checked on me before coming out. They showed up on time and worked fast but carefully. Before leaving they wanted to know if I was completely satisfied? In which I was very satisfied! Ernie even called to make sure I was happy with the job. These are some very nice and capable folks, that actually know how to run a business. I would strongly recommend their service!!!

We have tried several housecleaning services in the High Point area with very limited success.  One service broke some of my wall hangings, another dripped oven cleaner on drawers beneath the oven which ruined the finish on the drawers.  So, with some trepidation we decided to try G I Cleaners based on the Angie's List reviews.
We could not have been more pleased with the service from G I Cleaning.  We asked for a deep clean of the house, and everything was done completely to our satisfaction.  Oscar and his team of two were on time, very professional and pleasant, worked hard and did a terrific job.  We have a lot of knick-knacks in our home, and everything was handled very carefully, with no breakage occuring.  G I provides its own equipment and cleaning materials, too.
As a result of their excellent service, we have signed up to have G I clean our house every two weeks.

Easy to get in touch with and quick to come out.  Didn't quite listen to the services I requested on the phone, seemed surprised when I mentioned those same services at the house.  He and his two helpers were very nice.

They were on time, five people, brought their own supplies. Cleaned some mold problems on walls, upholstery, cleaned floors, walls, cleaned high wooden rafters and detailed woodwork in church nave. Worked for 5 hours. Excellent job.

Ernesto and his crew were phenomenal. They arrived on time, they verified the appointment ahead of time with a phone call. They cleaned the entire house top to bottom after tenants moved out and they did such a nice job. It was very dirty and they scrubbed the bathrooms, polished and mopped the floors, cleaned the carpets, blinds and kitchen. I can't tell you what a great experience this was and as the landlord I will use them again. I wish I had found them earlier! Professional, on time and very thorough!

They do a good job. They do more than they have to do. They are punctual and professional. They are the best housekeepers I have ever had. I would continue to use them in the future.

He is reasonably priced, does excellent work, and is extremely patient with my parents who are both ill.  Furthermore, my parents have highly valuable knick-knacks and other items, and he does a great job of protecting them while he works.

Excellent. They have been doing our home, every other week for about 6 months.  Always excellent.  They come up with things to clean that I didn't even ask for or think about like the top of the canopy bed. One big thing they do that other services haven't done is;  make a big effort to put things back in the place they found them such as countertop items (kitchen & baths), bath mates/ rugs, figurines, ect. One big thing they don't do that other services have done is;  break things.  In 6 months of service nothing has been damaged. At least 2 of the 3 person team is always the same so we get consistent service. Have every intention of keeping their service and would recommend highly.

Great job, best cleaning team I've ever used and have used consistently now since last spring.  Always on time if not early, totally reliable and the small but consistent team does a great job.  Highly recommend!

They do a very good job and will continue to use them.  Ernesto always confirms two days before the day they are scheduled to clean.  There have been a couple of times when the scheduled day didnt' work for me and he was very flexible with me in rescheduling.  Him and his crew are very friendly. 

They responded promptly to my 1st call, gave me an estimate and scheduled the 1st cleaning quickly.  I've hired them to service my home every other week.  They have done 3 cleanings so far and do a wonderful job.  We have had many cleaning services over the years and these folks rank at the very top.  My wife says they clean the house like she would.  Very courteous and easy to communicate with. 

Job was acceptable in part and done less well in part.  Had one of owners not been at house providing a follow-up review (we did not instruct staff) and ask Ernesto to recheck portions of the work, we believe that the job would be unacceptable overall.

Excellent work all around. Team of three led by Ernesto, all very nice and pleasant.  Requiring only an introduction to the layout of the house, they took care of on their own everything I was hoping they would take care of in addition to the obvious things.  Best group I've ever used for cleaning and will use them regularly (semi-monthly) moving forward.  While on its face the price may seem high, this was the intial cleaning and will not be the ongoing cost per clean.  This was a solid value and I'm confident their ongoing work will be equal to it.

He does a really nice job. The prices are reasonable.
