All the work was done manually and completed within the estimated timeframe. The existing timber wall had to be removed before the new wall could be built. A trench had to be dug; small trees had to be removed; utilities had to be contacted so as not to cut or otherwise damage any wires; drainage pipes from the downspouts had to be buried and routed through the wall. The area behind the retaining wall had to be filled in, leveled and re-seeded. They did a fantastic job.

We've worked together many years, so we normally don't have much to supervise, unless something unusual comes up. Mr.Chandler has very good lawn equipment with an outstanding operator. The lawn mower operator is an older man, but he really knows how to operate that mower! While the lawn is being mowed, his other man operates a weedeater in areas too steep for the lawnmower, and Paul Chandler usually does the finishing work such as blowing leaves and debris off the sidewalks and driveway. We really appreciate his work because due to health problems my husband can no longer operate equipment such as the lawn tractor we used to use. They're very fast and efficient.
