I was sick when I heard how they attempted to dry our carpets, they never even lifted or removed the padding; all they did was point big fans at them. The carpets were lost because of this. They also broke a large window trying to move a fan. They were unprepared and incompetent. Stay away from them.
Description of Work: We hired them to dry out the house after a third story water heater broke. They were to dry out as much as possible, especially the carpets.
