They're all A's. I only deal with "A" people. They're friendly, profession and they're work is very, very good.

Everything has been fine. I haven't had any problems with them. I have been using them for several years.

I am satisfied with their service. They answer all questions. The thing I like most about them is you build a relationship with them, as a woman I don't get the feeling that they are trying to milk me for everything. They ask me before completing any work.

They do a good job on oil changes. However, they wanted to put a new air filter in for $31, which can be purchased at Auto Zone or Advance Auto for less than half that amount. They also wanted to do a $90 fuel system tune-up, which sounds a lot like pouring a $7 bottle of STP fuel system cleaner in your gas tank.

The store was very busy this day but they were very professional and let me know when my tires would be done and they were pretty close to accurate on the time.

Went very well, since then have gotten free tire rotation for life of the tires and they also checked the battery. The battery, however had a lot of time left on the warranty (we bought an 84 month battery and this was in the 48th month. They said the battery needed replacing which we did not do. All in all we have been coming to this business for many years and always found them courteous, friendly and honest.

They confirmed pricing over the phone after I had consulted their easy to use website. They were very courteous and friendly, greeted me when I took the car in. We left it with them and they called as soon as it was ready within the time frame they had estimated. They did not try to sell services that I did not want or need. When I picked up the car they explained everything they had done, and we were in and out quickly. They were a pleasure to deal with and I will certainly use them again.

They're convenient and we're able to get to them. Their hours are good and they do quality work. I've used Firestone for several years and would recommend them.

I am very pleased with their service. I would rate them highly across the board. Their price was reasonable. I would continue to use them again in the future.
