The job went well , It was a good. They're also reliable, honest. The price is reasonable it's not that expensive.

But our a/c went out on July 11th and we at least had their name and so I called to try them again. They made an appointment and then did not come though they had set the appointment and when I called that they technician was late, reassured me earlier that the technician would be here. After an hour waiting, I called again and the secretary said that since they had a bad experience with ME, they felt they didn't want to some fix the a/c. This after they assured me earlier that they would come. This place just plays games with their "contract" and appointments.

The provider was suppose to be at the house between 5:00 pm and 7:00pm. The provider never showed up and did not call to let me know they were not comming. I call several times to see what the problem was and I got no response.
When called this morning the excuse was they were unable to handle all the calls yesterday. They would try to work us in this afternoon.
