+ -1 moreI called David a week in advance to schedule an appointment to have my two gas furnaces serviced. We agreed on a date and time and he was to call on his way to my house to let me know he was on his way. He never showed up for the appointment and never called to say he would be late or needed to re-schedule. I called him an hour or so after the scheduled time to ask when to expect him. He didn't answer his phone, so I left a message. I never heard back from him. A neighbor advises she had a similar problem with David of DPA Heating & Air.
Description of Work: No work was performed.
