I had a fair experience with them. They did not charge very much. It was very reasonable. They did a good job, but I had to call them several times to get them there. The price was very good. The quality was also good. Their punctuality was fine. The only thing I did not like was I had to call them several times. I was dealing with the tenant in between. I am a landlord. It may not all have been their fault, but it seemed that I had to set-up the appointment several times.

I called at about 8:30 on a Wednesday morning. The gentleman arrived by 9. He quoted me a price of $75 over the phone. Once he got to the house he went to work immediately. He was finished in about half an hour and told me just to make the check for $65 (It was around Christmas, so maybe he was feeling festive;). I was very satisfied with the transaction and quality of the work.

THE LOCK WORKS JUST FINE NOW. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF TRYING TO FIX THE OTHER LOCK BUT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE CHEAPER JUST TO INSTALL A NEW ONE. I THINK THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY.
