I had attempted to use two other contractors on Angie's List but neither one worked out. I was referred to Discca by a friend. I called, spoke to Jerome Dixon and he said that he would come to our home the next Friday to give me an estimate. I had suggested the day since I would be able to be here. He estimated the time that would be involved an the hourly rate for his technician. He made arrangements for me to meet his technician the following Monday at a local electrical supplier to make a decision about the fan that I wanted to have installed. At the supplier, I explored several different options and chose one that I thought would do the best job. The fans were expensive but it was my choice to purchase them. The technician followed me home from the electrical supplier store. He went to work immediately. He discovered in working in the second bathroom that a part was needed so he went to get the part. He came back and finished the job. It was just a little under 3 hours start to finish. He was pleasant and welcomed my presence and my questions while he worked. I received a bill a few days later that reflected the rate that Jerome Dixon had estimated for his work plus the cost of the exhaust fans.
