When ordering my desktop, the customer service representative asked if I down load music or listen to music on my PC. I told him no. When I received my computer and hooked it up, I could not get any sound. I called them back and they said I needed the speakers, so I ordered them at that time. The price does not reflect the additional cost of the speakers. Dell said my computer would be here in five to seven days and it showed up two days later. They provided me with great service! I am very pleased with my purchase.
