Lamont (the owner) and his team were very professional and friendly. The whole process was smooth and completed timely. I was provided with a high quality rental car to use while my car was worked on for no additional charge. The detail shop is indoors so the car remained protected and safe around-the-clock.

They worked on it for several days and were able to get it looking better than new. You could shave using the reflection in the finish of the truck.I am completely pleased with the job that was done.

Damion was great! He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He should be sent to all apartment complexes because his great personality really brought attention to the business he was doing. They were able to work me in on a Sunday afternoon. When their team arrived, we were having a thunderstorm, but they easily adapted and did the work in my garage. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again!

After paying $225 ($250 minus 10% discount), I was left with several black grease marks on the interior roof above driver's seat. Regrettably, I did not notice them initially but called Lamont promptly thereafter to advise him of issue. He initially was very responsive and claimed he would send someone immediately to correct problem. However, I've called him twice since then to no avail. Such as shame because they did a terrific job on exterior of car but once pristine interior now showing black grease marks. Will ultimately have to pay yet another detailer to correct the problem. Thank goodness I used AMEX to pay! Obviously, I would not recommend or use again.

I want to apologize again for us not being able to get back out to you to remove the stain from your headliner, I know if we would have been able to get back to you within a timely manner; this review would not have been negative. We do understand your frustration with us not getting back to clean the stain, but you requested a full refund even fur services that where completed outside of the vehicle which was the main reason for the appointment. We were going to provided you a refund for some of the services because of the inconvenience, which is always the best practice for us to do when someone is unhappy. We did send in that request and it will be up to your financial institution to release. There were some events that took place we had no control over and some we could have handled much better. We at Davis Mobile Detailing strive to handle all task that are handed to us in a professional manner and in a timely manner. I hate this happened to you and I wish it didn't, I hope that in the future if you ever decide to give Davis Mobile Detailing another chance that you will see what you would have received the first time and every time there after that just like every other one of my returning and one time customers had received. Again I think you for your feed back and will use this to make sure I better my company going forward and make sure I do what I can to avoid disappointment like this."

I requested the services of Davis Mobile Detailing and set up a date and time for the services to be completed while at work. Lamont came to my job midday very timely. He called when he was about 30 minutes away and once he arrived. He began the job promptly. I went out to check on progress and was a little concerned of how the car was going to look. He affirmed that once he was done the vehicle would look totally different. I returned once he was near completion and my vehicle(Dodge Charger) looked brand new. He was able to get rid of water spots and the vehicle looked flawless for weeks. All I needed to do was spray and walk away for months. I'd recommend the service to anyone who's looking for professionalism and honest work.

They do it in your driveway, you call them and they show up and do it. The have two employees come out to complete the work in about five hours. Besides the high quality work the two people they send out are knowledgeable. They like what they are doing, working with cars and take pride in what they do.

awesome job. 9/10 as far as cleanliness. A few very minor spots that didn't get completely cleaned but overall well worth the $. Lots of places say they can get cigarette smoke out and don't. This place did well enough that the people that drive it normally couldn't drive it before the cleaning job because it triggered migraines/headaches/nausea inside the vehicle, and that problem is gone now.

The guys that showed up at my house were respectable, considerate and polite young men. They washed my car and Mr. Davis came to compound and wax it and clean my headlights. They were extremely considerate of neighbors (townhouse complex).
I am so pleased with how my car looks now and will contact them again for follow-up service.

It went Excellent, Lamont exceeded my expectations! He was very professional and did the job in the amount of time that he told me it would take. He also is very high-tech for a mobile auto detailing shop. He has a mobile app that you can download to your phone and when he was done with my car I was able to pay him with my debit card right on the spot. Very convenient! I was very impressed and will definitely call him to do my car in the future!
