Customized Surfaces Inc

After my initial tile contractor cancelled on me, a neighbor recommended Jeff Warren of Customized Surfaces, who is also a neighbor. After I received Jeff's reasonable quote, I was able to scheduled a start date after a few weeks. The first day went well with installation of the backsplash and one overhead. Jeff was suppose to return the next day to finish the tiling and grout but he received an urgent call from a contractor working in the region, requesting his services. Jeff did not return until a week later. He finished the job and returned a few days later, requesting payment. I discovered missing grout in numerous areas on both the backsplash and bathroom tile which Jeff immediately repaired. Also, the grout used for the bathroom was much darker than the tile itself. Although minor, it was disconcerting. Overall, the Jeff did a fairly good job. He is very friendly and aims to please but he seems more inclined toward commercial work than residential jobs.
